A connected production system, from world to delivery

The latest Saganode updates deepen one idea: creative work becomes easier to direct when the world, the assets, and the production decisions remain connected.

This release brings more control to the path from narrative development to visual and video production—without turning the story into a collection of isolated prompts, galleries, or model-specific settings.

Elements and connected production memory

Elements give reusable creative material a place in the narrative system. Characters, locations, props, concepts, and visual references can be developed, linked, and used as the work moves into scenes and production.

The Assets view then keeps uploaded and generated media available with its context: type, role, narrative layer, provenance, and use in the project. Instead of reopening old folders or recreating a prompt, a team can return to the element and production decision behind the asset.

More control over images and video

Visual exploration now supports uploads, generation, style transfer, Mood Boards, improved galleries, and clearer image roles. These are not merely tools for making more variants; they help a team curate the visual direction that later shots should carry.

Sequence Plans have also expanded with scenes, shots, Start and End Frames, image editing, duration controls, and aspect-ratio choices for generated video. That makes it easier to direct a transition and review it as part of a larger sequence.

For social-first work, creators can select native 9:16 in the Sequence Plan and plan vertical stories directly for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

Researching narrative consequences

Causal View and State Space are active Saganode research and development directions. They explore ways to inspect the logic around a story decision: what led to it, what it changes, which state is current, and where a revision might affect later work. In the Explorer, Ask the graph lets creators query relationships, paths, and relevant context directly, then filter the visible graph or export it to Obsidian for continued documentation.

These directions do not decide the canon. They are designed to give creators a better basis for deciding what should become canon, remain provisional, or be explored further.

Bring context into the wider creative stack

Saganode now supports MCP-compatible AI and creative workflows. Teams can make selected narrative context, Elements, and production knowledge available where analysis, exploration, or execution is happening—while keeping the connected story system as the durable reference.
